In honor of Ray Bradbury’s novel, Fahrenheit 451, and in association with the Somewhat North of Boston Film Festival, I directed a new video last night with the improv comedians of Stranger Than Fiction. It is called “The Future” and I get to wear my favorite costume again! Look closely for two books by excellent New Hampshire authors (James Patrick Kelly and Ernest Hebert). Enjoy!
And here is a response video from the vlogfather Steve Garfield!

My weekly video blog The Eye is featured in the latest episode of Steve Garfield’s Vlog Soup. According to his wikipedia entry, Steve is “one of the Internet’s first video bloggers.” I like to tell Steve that he is the youthful grandfather of vlogging. Steve tells me that he would be a good improv comedian. Either way, this post is going to further solidify Steve’s dominance in my tag cloud. Thanks Steve!

My friend Paul Verschueren faces life in an inspiringly thoughtful way. Recently his life challenges have inspired him to start a video journal. This is his first entry. I helped him record and edit it during a brief visit he made to New Hampshire from Washington. That’s downtown Exeter in the background. Paul doesn’t know if he will post all of his entries, but this gives people a glimpse into the honesty and kindness we’ve grown to appreciate in our good friend. Feel free to give him an encouraging comment. Click on the image to view the video.
